Bicycle helmet saves teen from serious injury

National Bike Safety Month took on new meaning for 13-year-old Caroline Kelley.

Last summer, Norwood police officers partnered with Cincinnati Children’s Comprehensive Children’s Injury Center to pass out free bike helmets to children.
