Cincinnati Children Submits Plans to City on Clinical Space Expansion

Cincinnati Children’s recently submitted plans for the new Clinical Space Expansion Project to the City of Cincinnati’s Zoning Board as required.

The new building  will be 650,00 square feet and located north of and connected to the current inpatient care facilities in Locations A and B.

To accommodate the new building, the plan is to re-route Erkenbrecher Avenue, using an S curve around the Ronald McDonald House to Hearne Avenue.

Construction begins in the fall, will take about five years to complete, and includes expansion of the Northern Avenue garage.
