Road to recovery: Police ask for help after 10-year-old grazed by bullet

Billy Parrott, 10, is working hard at getting his right hand back to normal.

Three times a week he goes to Cincinnati Children’s and works with an occupational therapist.

Billy was grazed in his head by a bullet on Memorial Day.
