Family Feedback

The Nurses were awesome explained everything and everything went quickly and ahead of schedule (they said). Anesthesiologist explained everything well and they all reassured me what was happening was normal. The after care nurse was awesome as well very comforting and calming to my son until I was able to come back.

The Radiologist that help us had outstanding bed side manner. She listened to me and explained everything clearly. She made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!

I wish I had gotten the name of the nice lady who performed the ultrasound on my little guy. She was so sweet with him and kept reminding him that he was okay and that it wouldn’t hurt. She took time to make sure he was comfortable before preceding and never made us feel rushed. Things like this make a Momma’s heart explode?

I liked that we were received in the waiting area & escorted by the radiology tech actually doing the MRI- it put my daughter more at ease. And she talked my daughter thru the procedure very nicely.

The ultrasound technician was absolutely incredible! Thoughtful, patient, funny! She talked us through and explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. She was extremely patient and empathetic to my daughter. Can’t say enough good things about her.

Belinda was excellent and had a great bed side manner. She was very caring for my 2 year old.

The radiologist was very professional, kind and caring of my daughter. She explained everything and answered every question we had.

Our check in nurse was absolutely wonderful, and very warm and loving towards our son and made us feel extremely comfortable and so is our recovery RN. They both were wonderful and we had them both times that my son has been to an MRI at Children’s Liberty, and we could not be happier. Thank you.

Every doctor/nurse/specialist that I saw was very informative and very caring. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a hospital. I would always recommend Cincinnati Children’s. I’m sure there will be future visits on my end and I look forward to being taken care of by the best of the best!

Everyone that was involved in the care of my son that day was AMAZING!!! Above and beyond.

The radiology tech and the radiologist worked great together, and were very kind to myself and my son.

They got us in for our test very quickly. They had a movie all set up and ready to go when my daughter arrived in the room to help keep her distracted. It was great!

Our Technician was Awesome!! Because my granddaughter doesn’t like to sit still, she may have ADHD!! She will spend 15 to 20 minutes on something and then she’s Bored and moves onto something else!! The reason I mentioned this is your Technician kept my granddaughter’s attention and she actually stayed still and did exactly what she was told to do for her ultrasound!!!!  A Big Thank you, to the Technician & All the Staff at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Main Campus for How Amazing they are with All these Children Everywhere!! God Bless You All & Please continue the incredible work that You All Do!
