Bill Introduced to Aid Research on Infant Mortality

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown from Ohio has introduced legislation aimed at helping doctors and researchers better understand the causes of infant mortality. Ohio has one of the highest rates of infant mortality in the country, which has led to Sen. Brown’s bill to set up national tracking and reporting guidelines.

Dr. Nathan Salomonis, a researcher at Cincinnati Children’s who lost a child to SIDS, is featured in this story on WCPO-TV.
