Child Passenger Safety Week

Every 33 seconds, a child under the age of 13 is involved in a crash, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Many times deaths and injuries can be prevented by proper use of car seats, boosters and seat belts.

In honor of National Child Passenger Safety Week, experts from Cincinnati Children’s will be participating in a variety of events to raise awareness about child passenger safety.
