Children’s testing system to help reduce wait times at some Urgent Cares

Cincinnati Children’s is testing a new system to reduce wait times at the Anderson, Green Township, and Mason Urgent Care locations. Families will be able to check-in online and reserve their time slot allowing patients to do most of their waiting at home instead of in the waiting room.

“Other places have trialed this and used this successfully to sort of stagger patient arrival times and make it easier for the providers to see the patients.” said Dr. Kirsten  Ahrens, medical director, Urgent Care.
