World Prematurity Day is Nov. 17
November 17 has been designated as World Prematurity Day. It is designed to raise awareness of the risks of premature birth — now the leading cause of infant mortality in the United States.

Louis Muglia MD, PhD, and James Greenberg, MD of the Center for Prevention of Preterm Birth explain how their work aims to prevent pre-term birth. Read more about their work in this month’s issue of Cincinnati Family Magazine.
