The winner of the quarterly Radiology Safety Award is one of our safety coaches at Liberty Campus – Billie Howard! Billie was recently surprised with the award and was given a beautiful plaque and a bag of her favorite candy. Billie is well respected by her peers and she was the recipient of multiple safety-related Above and Beyond nominations over the past quarter of a year.

Comments from Billie’s nomination are below:

“I would like to nominate Billie for her courageous job in the trauma bay this week. A patient needed CPR and she was asked to assist. She always does a great job under pressure but this situation was even greater. Great Job Billie! I am so proud of you!”

“Billie was the “silent hero” the other day during a life-threatening situation in CT. She quickly assessed the situation and was able to quickly assist the patient. I always feel like Billie is there when I need her- thank you Billie!”

Thanks, Billie, for keeping our patients safe and keep up the good work. Please join us in congratulating Billie on her award!
