Children’s Radiology IR Fellows and UC Fellows Join In Training Workshop

Our investment and commitment to advancing medicine occurs on a daily basis here at Cincinnati Children’s. Clinical data collection, process improvement plans, training modules, etc. are products of medical innovations that come about in our Radiology-Translational Research and Simulation Lab. Through these efforts, no matter how big or how small, we are changing the outcome together for a better future for our patients and their families.

In the Interventional Radiology-Translational Research and Simulation Lab (IR-TRSL) we are proud to be a part of the Radiology team. We work to create an environment that allows our staff to be innovators in new interventional surgical procedures, to create new imaging protocols to reduce the dose to our patients while enhancing the image quality, and to develop the skills of our training physicians and technologists.

We were fortunate and proud to have hosted the first, of what we hope to be many, Cincinnati Children’s Interventional Radiology (IR) Fellow and University of Cincinnati (UC) IR Fellow Training Workshop. The event was sponsored and helped in training by Cook Medical representatives. Please check out the link below to see how our efforts are helping to make a better tomorrow.
