Congratulations to Kayla Osborne for winning the “Employee of the Year” award in her Outpatient Registration group. The Outpatient Registration Division provides registration services for the Main Hospital Campus. Kayla has been with Cincinnati Children’s for around two and a half years. Over the years, Kayla has performed exceptionally as an access service representative in our Radiology waiting and registration area.
The award recognizes individuals who have performed exceptionally well throughout the year; contributed to their team with a positive attitude; and provided excellent customer services to internal and external customers, peers, patients, and families. This category requires a submission form through Survey Monkey. The nomination is drawn annually during Access Week. Each manager has one person selected from their team annually.
Each winner receives a certificate and a plaque to commemorate this honor.
