Jean Turner Minority Scholarship Awardee, Nakiiya Sanders Interview

Nakiiya Sanders was the 2017-2018 Jean Turner Minority Scholarship winner. In this video Nakiiya was interviewed by our Education Compliance Coordinator, Becci Pryor. Nakiiya gives us her thanks and gratitude on how the scholarship helped in her career and education.

The Jean Turner Scholarship Award was developed to create opportunities for minorities in the field of Radiology and to honor her 40 years of service in the Radiology Department. Supporting minorities who are interested in entering the field of Radiology is one way the Department of Radiology furthers its mission in achieving excellence in imaging.”
