Radiology and Anesthesia Imaging Celebrates Rosella Court’s Retirement

Radiology and Anesthesia Imaging Celebrates Rosella Court’s Retirement

Rosella Jane Court began her career at Cincinnati Children’s as a registered nurse in 1996. During her time at the hospital, she has made some long-lasting friendships with co-workers and warm-hearted impressions on patients and families.

Her last day at work was December 1, 2017, two days before she was given her retirement party. Friends, family and co-workers stopped by to wish her good luck. Her husband and three children (all grown up now) took time out of their busy schedules to celebrate the special event with her.

Rosella worked her first four years on C6, a medical surgical unit. In 2000, she transferred to Radiology and worked as a radiology nurse, until 2002 when the Radiology Nursing Division was transferred to Anesthesia Imaging. She and the rest of the nursing staff still took care of its radiology patients and families, but under the leadership of Anesthesia.

Rosella was a member of several committees, involved in projects and task forces. Throughout Rosella’s tenure, she worked hard to create positive changes for good patient outcomes. She was also a preceptor to many and served as a resource to others, all while creating a family environment for her peers. For her retirement, she and her husband will be doing a lot of traveling around the country.
