Earlier this year, Cincinnati Children’s Radiology Department celebrated Patient Experience Week, an annual event to celebrate healthcare staff’s impact on the patient experience every day.
During our weeklong celebration, we collected items for The Ronald McDonald House, shared a patient experience video, and provided education on caring for our international patients and how to support families through a challenging experience. To wrap up Patient Experience Week, we held a tropical-themed party to congratulate the winners and nominees of the peer-nominated Patient Experience Award.
