The Cares Crusader Award is given to the ASR that consistently demonstrates the Care Promise behaviors in their daily words and actions – Makes a Difference, Work as a Team, Respect Everyone & Tell the Truth. Mikayla was recognized by her peers as someone that consistently displays these behaviors in her work with everyone she comes in contact with.
Mikayla began working at Cincinnati Children’s in 2017 and currently works in Radiology Registration at Burnet Campus.
“My inspiration for wanting to work at Children’s was bringing my daughter here for an appointment and seeing how well she was cared for, also how amazing the facility was. I enjoy my job, being in such a fast paced environment and being involved in patient care.”
