Radiology’s Business and Administration Takes the Mannequin Challenge

The employees that were involved in this Mannequin Challenge include members of Radiology’s business and administration teams, including the business director, financial analyst, regulatory affairs coordinator, coders, and administrative assistant. This team has a variety of responsibilities, including managing the departmental revenue and expenses, performing financial analysis, budgeting, obtaining pre-authorization for advanced imaging procedures, diagnosis coding, billing, and ensuring research regulatory compliance, to name a few. All these important tasks keep this team very busy, but they manage to have some fun while doing it.
