Here in our Department of Radiology at Cincinnati Children’s, we are grateful for so much.
We challenged our staff to send out appreciation of gratitude to their fellow co-workers via an electronic medium or in person. We challenged them to continue to express their gratitude to at least two colleagues per day and write a message of thanks on a gratitude poster. Posters were placed in many locations across the department. We also toured the department and photographed individuals holding up their own signs of what they are thankful for.

Glenn Miñano is a media specialist in the Department of Radiology, providing graphic design, photography, printing, video services, and administration of the department’s online properties. His works have been published in several medical articles, such as the American Journal of Radiology and the American Institute of Ultrasound. He has been providing these services to the Radiology Department since 1996.
