This is our 2nd Highest Patient Experience score to date!!

Family Feedback

Our X-ray tech was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make my daughter feel safe and comforted. She made sure to include her in the entirety of our discussions. She let her ask questions. She calmed her with her peaceful and sweet demeanor. As a mom, there is nothing better than someone treating your frightened child like they would their own family member. She even came and assisted with the blood draw after the X-ray, which absolutely wowed me. I know my daughter was comforted by her presence in the lab room. I am so grateful to her for her kindness. She has truly found a calling in pediatrics.

The MRI team that helped me was absolutely wonderful and kind. I felt very safe and had no worries in the slightest. Very helpful!

Michelle, the ultrasound tech was very informative and took a lot of time with us and we appreciated that.

I appreciate that everyone listened to my concerns and kept me in the loop as to what was going on. They made sure that they let me know that my concerns were important. Thank you for having such a great team.

This facility has the best patient care nurses I have ever met. They took time to explain everything and answered every question my son had. I can’t thank you enough or tell you how impressed I am with the level of care we were provided. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and smiling and makes you feel like family.  I am also impressed at how on time all of our appointments are. We are often seen before our appointment time is scheduled. Thank you for making stressful situations easier for the kids and parents!

Everyone we came in contact with was kind and answered all our questions. Our son was well taken care of.

The staff was very helpful getting us checked in and answering my questions. The other members during my daughter’s procedure were great in helping her remain calm and explaining the procedure to her in ways she could understand. I am always happy to come to Cincinnati Children’s because I know my daughter is in the best of hands.

Emily Mueller, the Radiology tech, was fantastic. She explained the entire procedure to me in such a way that helped me feel more comfortable, which was no mean feat when you’re reading about medical care for a 3-week old infant! I really appreciated that she communicated with me at every stage of the process and was compassionate as well as informative.

Kim was amazing! She did an exceptional job and truly is the kind of person you would expect to have working at Children’s as she was fantastic with both of my children!

Dr. Leach and Liz were very warm and personable. My daughter and I felt very safe and at ease during her entire appointment. They explained everything perfectly and in a non-intimidating way. They both made sure her visit was as pleasant an experience as possible.

Tammy was so sweet. My little girl was scared and she explained everything she was doing and reassured her many times it wouldn’t hurt.

The front desk was so kind during the entire check-in process. The ultrasound tech was very efficient and gentle with my daughter. Please give them a compliment and let them know just how great and appreciated they truly are. Kind words go a long way to those who work hard at doing a great job.
