This award best describes encounters that exemplify Cincinnati Children’s Values – Make a Difference, Tell the Truth, Work as a Team, Respect Everyone.

Here is what patients and families are saying about Heather:

“I just wanted to recognize the radiology technician that took care of my daughter. I don’t remember her name, but I do remember how she treated us and that was with… just absolute respect and such sweetness that my daughter felt as comfortable as she could getting her x-ray. So, just wanted to say thank you.”

“The technician that completed our X-rays was great with my daughter and extremely pleasant to be around. It was a great experience and a bright spot in a bad day.”

“Also the technologist who completed the X-ray was courteous and had a genuine concern about our care. She was patient and thorough. She was excellent with children!”

“The rad techs who took my son’s X-ray were excellent!! They worked quickly and efficiently and even made sure my daughter was happy, involved, and safe! There was very, very minimal crying, which was so impressive!!”
