February marks the third successful year of our Radiology Department’s collaboration with Pediatric Surgery in building a hybrid operating room (OR). Congratulations to Dr. John Racadio, Nicole Hilvert, all of our IR team and OR techs, and our surgical colleagues.

The goal of the hybrid OR was different departments within the hospital and medical specialties to collaborate and create cutting–edge, state-of-the-art care for your child. Bridging the world of medical imaging with pediatric surgery makes Cincinnati Children’s one of the leading pediatric hospitals in the world.

The success of our two departments has been recognized within the hospital’s newsletter and research divisions. Working together is the perfect recipe for victory. Please click on the link below to learn about some of the accomplishments of our teamwork.
