Get your MRI at our Kenwood Neighborhood Location and More

For those who remember, our Kenwood neighborhood location used to be an MRI service location only! A couple of years ago it was renovated and moved to a new location. It is still in the same plaza as before, but in a new and larger space that used to house the old Performance Bike Shop. We have begun offering an Ophthalmology clinic (by appointment), as well offering walk-in X-rays and lab testing. And we’ll continue to provide MRIs by appointment.

To make an appointment for Ophthalmology or an MRI at our Kenwood location, call 513-636-3200. X-rays and laboratory testing are walk-in services and do not require an appointment.

Lab and Radiology X-Ray

To make life even more convenient, Children’s Outpatient Kenwood offers laboratory testing and X-rays.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
Closed Weekends and Holidays

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

Cincinnati Children’s uses high field MRI units to produce the highest image quality and provide the clearest and most detailed images possible.

A pediatric radiologist at Cincinnati Children’s will view and interpret the MRI scan. Your physician will receive the results within 36 hours.

Your child’s MRI and X-rays are overseen and dictated by the same expert, pediatric board-certified radiologists that oversee your MRI scans at the Burnet Campus. We use the most up-to-date equipment, employing the same techniques offered at the Burnet Campus. All technologists at the Cincinnati Children’s Kenwood location are specially trained to provide care for children of all ages. If the Kenwood location is more convenient for you and your child’s busy schedule, please keep us in mind for your next Radiology Service.
