Rich Giordano Comes Back to Radiology to Fill Business Director Position

Please welcome our new senior business director, Rich Giordano, to the department. He is no stranger to Radiology. Rich joined us back in 2014 as a financial analyst. He was promoted to business manager of the Imaging Research Center in 2019. In 2021, he took a break from us to spend a few years at Cincinnati Children’s Research Foundation in a manager-finance role, where he continued to develop his financial skills. We are incredibly happy to have him back in Radiology and wish him all the best in his new role. Welcome back, Rich! -Lisa Ulland, VP

Hi, my name is Rich Giordano, and I am back home in the department of Radiology in Radiology administration as business director.

Originally from New Jersey, I made a long journey to the tristate. I received my bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology at Hanover College in Indiana and then received a master’s in business administration at Thomas More College in Kentucky. I have worked at Cincinnati Children’s since 2012. My first role was rehab tech for OTPT/Sports Medicine. I joined Radiology as a financial analyst in 2014. I held a financial position within Radiology for 7 years until moving to central finance with Cincinnati Children’s Research Foundation. I am extremely excited for the opportunity to come back to Radiology.

My family consists of my wife, Erin, and sons Grant and Luke. Erin is a nurse practitioner at Cincinnati Children’s, so this place is near and dear to us both. We live in Indiana with some land and a pond. When I’m not crunching numbers, I am mowing or chasing the boys around.
