Phone Number Bracelet | Pin of the Week

Our pin of the week comes from bloggers at thegoodstuffguide.com.  It is a phone number bracelet that young children can wear when traveling in airports, parks, field trips, etc. There are many products on the market to help identify your children, however this one is removable, reusable, and you can make it yourself using beads lying around the house or from the craft store. We absolutely love this idea!

Even if your child has your number memorized, who knows what they will remember in the case of a real emergency. You can keep the bracelet(s) in your purse or in the car and slip them on your child’s wrist or ankle when going to the zoo, the museum, etc.

It’s important to talk to children about stranger rules and how to spot a safe adult if they get lost. This bracelet is a reminder of those rules and a great way to bring up the conversation.

What a good idea! I like that this bracelet is easy on and off. There are times you wouldn’t want strangers to see the phone number but other times when such information would be needed quickly, the bracelet could save a lot of time and worry. I enjoy reading CCH blogs. Thanks for the variety of stories!
