The newest Cincinnati Children’s neighborhood location is taking shape in the heart of Cincinnati’s west side. Cincinnati Children’s Green Township, an 80,000 square-foot outpatient facility, is slated to open in Spring 2013. These aerial photographs were taken just a few days ago – we officially have bricks!

Pediatric care and specialized services in the new facility will include urgent care, radiology and imaging, therapy services, lab and testing services, as well as more than 20 specialty clinics.

We’re incredibly excited about this new outpatient location and our ambassadors have been out in the community spreading the word and answering questions about it. And no, it’s not just going to be offices! It’s all about clinical care and improving access to pediatric expertise for families in western Hamilton County and southeastern Indiana.

We’ll keep you posted on the progress here, on our website and on Facebook. And if you see our Green Township Ambassadors in their blue tshirts at an event in the community, please ask them questions, they’re happy to tell you all about what’s happening on Harrison Avenue.
