In this episode of the Young & Healthy podcast…

Dawn Rothchild, advanced practice nurse in plastic surgery, and Dr. Amy Mischnick, pediatric physical therapist, sit down with host, Bo McMillan, to explain these conditions, covering causes, treatments, and prevention tips. Wondering if your baby has a flat spot on their head or why your baby tends to keep their head turned to one side? Your child may have positional plagiocephaly (a flat spot) or torticollis (a twisted neck)—or even both, which are quite common in infants. They also offer guidance on what to do if you’re concerned and when to consult a doctor.
